Rood Severe began his career at Delta Projects in 2015 as a Direct Support Professional. Over the course of his career, he has consistently been recognized for outstanding performance.  He was quickly promoted to Senior Instructor, Residential Manager and later to Director of Residential Supports where he focused his efforts on the two Intensive Respite programs operated by Delta, providing emergency short-term care.  He later increased his responsibilities to include oversight of Delta’s acquired brain injury program.  In 2024 Rood was promoted to the position of Director of Operational Integrity where he established processes to consistently ensure operational excellence across the agency.  In 2025 he joined the Senior Leadership Team as Director of Quality and Improvement where he now oversees all aspects of operational excellence.  Rood is dedicated to fostering safe and supportive environments and promoting a good quality of life for the individuals supported by Delta Projects.
