Anthony Demers joined Delta Projects in 2025 as the Director of Residential Operations, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience in nonprofit organizations. His career has been defined by a commitment to organizational and operational growth, with a strong focus on strategic planning and service excellence. Anthony has a strong commitment to individual satisfaction and growth toward independence.

Prior to his current role, Anthony held key leadership positions including Director of Operational Support, Director of Residential Services, and Service Director. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Springfield College in Springfield, MA, and a Master of Science in Management from Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, NH.
