Prior to joining Delta Projects, Pete served in senior IT leadership roles including Director of IT at ClearEdge Partners and owner of an IT consulting firm specializing in Microsoft 365 modernization. He also owned and operated a Thrifty Car Rental franchise, gaining additional experience in business operations, compliance, and customer‑focused service delivery. Across these roles, his work has centered on advancing security posture, modernizing infrastructure, improving identity and access management, and deploying M365‑based solutions that streamline communication and support team productivity.
