Mary Devlin joined Delta Projects in 2017. She began her 30-year career in human services at the Massachusetts DDS Central Office before moving to The Fernald Center. Mary then worked at the DDS Connecticut Central Office as the Director of Communications and Constituent Service before returning to Massachusetts to pursue her desire to resume program administration in order to directly impact and improve the quality of life for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She has since been in executive and senior leadership roles in both small and large multi-service, community-based social service agencies directing residential, placement, day and employment supports. Mary consults on organizational change to non-profit provider agencies, and conducts training in cultural competence in intellectual and developmental disabilities. She has presented on the development of new support models for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities at state and national conferences and taught a non-profit organizational culture course at the UMass Institute of Community Inclusion.
Mary is a family member and was Guardian of her aunt after whom she is named.
