Kathy McNeil joined Delta Projects in 2003 and serves as Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for a wide variety of administrative functions within the agency including contracting, site acquisition, placement and new program development. Kathy brings over forty years of experience supporting adults and children with intellectual and other developmental disabilities in community settings. After beginning her career as a teacher of children with multiple disabilities, Kathy moved into a management role as the Director of Clinical Services for an ARC in Western MA working with children, adults and families in a wide variety of settings. She then assumed a senior leadership position in a Greater Boston agency and contributed to its growth over fifteen years into a multi-service organization where she was responsible for residential, placement and family supports. Prior to joining Delta Projects, Kathy was Executive Director for a collaborative of twelve non-profits that joined together with the mission to create homes in local communities for adults with I/DD who were living in nursing homes. She received a BA in Psychology & Education from Assumption College and a MEd in Special Education and Counseling from Boston State College.
