One of Delta Projects strongest links to our community base is our Board of Directors. Board members live in the communities we serve and through contact with their neighbors and public officials, they help ensure our agency’s efforts are geared directly to the needs of the community. Our board represents civic leaders, business people, municipal officials and everyday citizens. We also have the participation of the people we serve, such as person with disabilities or families we have assisted in the past.

Dianne Iagulii has been the President of Delta Projects, Inc since 1981 and is an active member of the community. Diane has represented the agency in various leadership roles statewide in improving the quality of supports to individuals with developmental disabilities. She is the Chairperson of the Human Rights Committee that oversees DMR state operated service and residential programs. In her commitment to interagency cooperation, she sits on the Board of Director of the Massachusetts Council of Human Service Providers.
